Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to support manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Process purchase orders and monitor shipment statuses to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, invoices, and vendor performance data.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct regular market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing channels.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost reduction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP/MRP software.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
