Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager
- Ensure all purchases comply with hotel policies, quality standards, and budgetary requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic evaluations for contract renewals
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and specifications
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities across supply chains
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing operations
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable supplier terms
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical skills for cost-benefit evaluation and market analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration
