Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain efficiency? PT Bestindo Cakra Utama is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Officer to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, ensuring that our production and logistics processes run seamlessly through strategic sourcing and inventory management.

You will play a critical role in optimizing our purchasing workflows, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to meet production requirements.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with local and regional suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering processes to prevent shortages.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepare regular procurement reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build lasting vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
