PT Tamfindo Mitra Mandiri is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our manufacturing and logistics requirements are met with efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, requesting quotes, and issuing purchase orders.
- Evaluate and screen new suppliers to ensure alignment with company quality standards and cost objectives.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve the best value for the company.
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or supply issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of supplier contracts, agreements, and procurement documentation.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics departments to ensure accurate inventory forecasting and supply fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple vendors effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with ERP/Inventory Management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of integrity in dealing with supplier relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
