Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes from requisition to payment reconciliation
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers through rigorous due diligence
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive price analysis
- Prepare and issue purchase orders with precise specifications and delivery terms
- Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation in ERP systems
- Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams for seamless coordination
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on purchasing or procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and pricing data
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- High ethical standards with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance requirements
