Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain and procurement? Duta Parama Lestari is seeking a proactive Purchasing Officer to join our team in Bandung. In this role, you will be the backbone of our upcoming hospitality projects, ensuring that all necessary materials, equipment, and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively.
As our Purchasing Officer, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process, from evaluating vendors and negotiating contracts to monitoring deliveries. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality standards for our hospitality projects, balancing budgetary constraints with the need for premium supplies. We are looking for an individual who is not only a skilled negotiator but also an organized multitasker capable of thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select vendors that meet company quality and pricing standards for hospitality project requirements.
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (PO) to ensure timely delivery of all project-critical items.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions with suppliers to maximize cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement requests align with project timelines and budgetary goals.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of approved suppliers and pricing benchmarks.
- Monitor vendor performance, conducting regular assessments to ensure service level agreements are upheld.
- Resolve any procurement discrepancies, including delays, defective products, or delivery issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within the hospitality or construction/manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term vendor relationships.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
