Sinar Jaya Agro Investments is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our dynamic team in Bandar Lampung. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations by ensuring the efficient procurement of essential goods and materials to support our manufacturing and logistics activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality materials.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition processing to purchase order issuance.
- Conduct professional negotiations with vendors to secure the best terms, lead times, and cost savings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely availability of goods.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.
- Resolve issues regarding supply discrepancies, damaged goods, or invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare regular procurement reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field, preferably related to Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Maximum 30 years of age.
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high proficiency in negotiation.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and honest, with a high level of integrity.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
