PT Alfred and Cie is a dynamic and growing organization based in the heart of Bali. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchasing Officer to join our operations team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our supply chain efficiency by managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and optimizing costs to support our manufacturing and logistics goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for detail, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, and delivery tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and potential suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to meet operational demands without delay.
  • Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to recommend cost-saving procurement strategies.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policy.
  • Resolve supply chain issues, including shipping delays, quality discrepancies, or payment disputes.
  • Conduct regular reports on purchasing activities, spending, and supplier performance for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related administrative role.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Possess a valid professional certification in Supply Chain or Purchasing is a plus.
