Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and source reliable suppliers to ensure high-quality material procurement at competitive market prices.
- Manage the full procurement cycle, from issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to tracking delivery and ensuring timely arrival of goods.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules with suppliers to optimize company expenses.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Perform regular vendor evaluations to ensure compliance with company quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports, including cost analysis and purchase variance tracking.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Stay updated with market trends to suggest alternative sourcing strategies or cost-saving opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with an ability to interpret market pricing data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP/Procurement software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of vendor management and contract administration.
- Resident of or willing to work in Tangerang, Banten.
