Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from sourcing raw materials to final delivery.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Create, review, and manage Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure accuracy and timely issuance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Conduct market research to identify quality raw materials at the best possible prices.
- Handle all purchasing-related administrative tasks, including reporting and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of the local market and logistics in Jakarta is highly preferred.
