Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction materials and project equipment.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to maximize project profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the site team to prevent material shortages.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure all documentation complies with company policies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on price trends and material availability.
- Resolve issues related to shipment delays, quality discrepancies, or billing errors.
- Maintain an organized database of vendors, contracts, and procurement records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Staff, or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (preferred).
- Proactive, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to be based in or commute to Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali.
