Tanggung Jawab
- Source and purchase electronic components, raw materials, and factory supplies based on monthly production requirements.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with both local and international suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with the warehouse team to prevent material shortages or excess stock.
- Evaluate and audit supplier performance regularly to ensure compliance with ISO standards and delivery reliability.
- Generate and manage Purchase Orders (PO) within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in pricing and specifications.
- Coordinate with the logistics and customs departments to ensure the smooth arrival of imported components into the Batam free trade zone.
- Identify and qualify alternative vendors to mitigate supply chain risks and achieve cost-saving objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Logistics.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven knowledge of electronic components (ICs, resistors, capacitors) and mechanical parts.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost-efficiency.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, for international vendor coordination.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail regarding technical specifications.
