Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, vendor selection, and purchase order issuance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs
- Coordinate with internal departments to align purchasing activities with operational needs
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and inventory records
- Implement sustainable sourcing practices and vendor evaluation systems
- Monitor supplier performance and address any contractual or delivery issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and logistics standards
- Ability to analyze data and make cost-effective decisions
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
