As a Purchasing Operation Staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and fostering strong relationships with our vendor network. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance to suppliers.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to align purchasing needs with operational requirements.
- Monitor supplier delivery schedules and follow up proactively to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Evaluate and document supplier performance, including quality compliance and lead-time reliability.
- Maintain an organized database of vendor documentation, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Assist in the resolution of discrepancies regarding invoices, damaged goods, or shipment inconsistencies.
- Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives by identifying potential savings and negotiating competitive terms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administrative role within a manufacturing or logistics setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP/MRP software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadlines.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and build long-term professional relationships with vendors.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
