Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order execution.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure operational continuity.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to support department heads and ensure office efficiency.
  • Assist with HR-related activities, including staff attendance tracking, documentation, and employee onboarding support.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with local suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service.
  • Generate and analyze routine purchasing reports to track costs and identify savings opportunities.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policy and budgetary constraints.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or general office administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong analytical mind with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to the Seminyak/Bali area.
