Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely material availability.
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from issuing purchase orders to monitoring delivery schedules.
- Analyze production requirements and lead times to create accurate Material Requirement Planning (MRP) schedules.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing holding costs.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance regarding quality, lead time, and pricing to maintain a reliable supply base.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams to resolve material shortages or supply chain bottlenecks.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities, inventory status, and material consumption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Purchasing or PPIC roles, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and high-level Excel skills for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective vendor management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Deep understanding of inventory control methods and supply chain logistics.
