Sinergi Anugrah is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Project Specialist to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening our supply chain operations by managing procurement projects that ensure cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all purchasing activities align with our manufacturing and logistical goals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, execute, and monitor procurement projects to meet company operational requirements.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to determine project-specific material or service needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with new and existing vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks and cost fluctuations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, project documentation, and inventory reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with company purchasing policies and ethical procurement standards.
  • Track project milestones and provide regular progress reports to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or project management, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP software experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
