Timbis Beach Club, a premier destination in Kuta Selatan, is looking for a dedicated Purchasing & Receiving Officer to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our high standards of service are supported by efficient procurement and seamless inventory receiving processes.
As our Purchasing & Receiving Officer, you will manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from handling Purchase Requests (PR) and issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the flow of goods into our beach club, balancing quality with budget requirements. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong negotiation skills to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including creating, monitoring, and finalizing Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor communication, ensuring timely delivery and service quality.
- Conduct price negotiations to ensure the best value for money while maintaining product quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to anticipate inventory needs and avoid stock-outs.
- Oversee the receiving process, verifying incoming shipments against POs to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain comprehensive records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding purchasing activities and expenditure.
- Monitor vendor performance and seek out new suppliers to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain roles, preferably in the Hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with inventory management software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent analytical skills for tracking costs and generating financial reports.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English (written and verbal).
- Willing to be based in Kuta Selatan, Bali.
