Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies specifically for spare parts to ensure operational continuity.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and optimization programs for supply chain inventory.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations to ensure quality assurance and high service level agreements (SLAs).
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to maximize value for the company.
- Collaborate with internal maintenance and engineering teams to forecast spare part requirements accurately.
- Monitor market trends and raw material pricing to mitigate financial risks and ensure competitive procurement.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Deep understanding of spare parts management and inventory optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
