Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, ordering, and delivery tracking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to forecast material requirements and prevent stock shortages.
- Review and evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in the manufacturing or safety equipment industry is a significant advantage.
