Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental KPIs and operational targets
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Analyze market trends and cost structures to identify strategic sourcing opportunities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and budget constraints
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production departments to ensure material availability
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships through regular communication
- Implement cost control measures and continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong negotiation skills with proven success in vendor contract management
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Expertise in cost analysis and market research methodologies
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
