PT Rubber And Rubber Tech is currently seeking a highly motivated Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Pusat. As a key player in our supply chain department, you will be responsible for managing raw material acquisition, ensuring cost-efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards to support our large-scale production operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials to ensure continuous production flow.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers to optimize costs and quality.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and price fluctuations of raw materials to mitigate risks.
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including issuance of POs, shipment tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct regular performance audits.
- Coordinate with the Production and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory levels are balanced and meet operational demand.
- Prepare regular procurement reports on expenditures, supply chain performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing, preferably in a rubber or chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of raw material procurement processes and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
