Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.
- Source, vet, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, from requisition to final delivery and invoice reconciliation.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and price fluctuations to mitigate risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procurement guidelines, and legal regulations.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, including vendor performance metrics and expenditure analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated integrity and high attention to detail in complex documentation processes.
- Knowledge of local market logistics and supply chain distribution networks.
