Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery criteria
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure reliable supply chains
- Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement documentation in compliance with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time inventory systems
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to align purchasing schedules
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and contract negotiations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or retail sectors
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with business-level English proficiency
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
