Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes including requisition, vendor selection, and order placement
- Conduct strategic negotiations with vendors to secure optimal pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Create, process, and monitor purchase orders (POs) ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Coordinate with operational departments to align procurement activities with business needs
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical sourcing practices
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stock disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Proven negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable vendor agreements
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of logistics and manufacturing supply chain principles
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
