PT RANS Kosmetika Indonesia is seeking a proactive Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our production cycles remain uninterrupted by managing high-level vendor relationships, optimizing procurement costs, and streamlining our inventory support systems.
As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, working closely with cross-functional teams to source high-quality raw materials and packaging. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a proven track record of successful cost negotiation. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain.
- Lead cost negotiation processes to achieve optimal pricing without compromising on quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Manage end-to-end purchase order (PO) processing, from requisition to delivery tracking.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors to ensure compliance with company standards and SLAs.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices and reconcile payment discrepancies.
- Analyze market trends and raw material pricing to support strategic procurement decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management, preferably within the FMCG or Cosmetics industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple vendors and concurrent projects.
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics and procurement best practices.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
