Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select vendors for hospitality project materials and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Prepare and negotiate purchase orders, contracts, and agreements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to meet purchasing requirements
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Manage supplier performance and resolve any issues related to deliveries or quality
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, costs, and vendor performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in hospitality or manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
