Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials including cement, steel, aggregates, and specialized equipment
- Conduct vendor negotiations to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate just-in-time deliveries to minimize storage costs
- Evaluate vendor performance and develop strategic partnerships with reliable suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation ensuring compliance
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities for materials sourcing
- Coordinate with project teams to align procurement schedules with construction timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing within construction/manufacturing industry
- Proven negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to secure favorable vendor terms
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market trend evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor relationship management
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and construction industry standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
