Tanggung Jawab

  • Vendor Management: Receive and manage vendor complaints and follow-ups professionally to ensure high service levels.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create, review, and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
  • Cost Control: Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
  • Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in executing events by coordinating necessary materials and logistics.
  • Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve tenant and customer complaints related to purchasing and delivery issues.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, expenses, and vendor performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the manufacturing and logistics sector is a plus.
