Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials and operational supplies
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize procurement costs
- Manage vendor relationships and performance monitoring systems
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to align inventory requirements
- Implement and maintain procurement documentation and compliance protocols
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with finance on budget planning and cost control initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain optimization
