Tanggung Jawab
- Procure raw materials and imported components aligned with production schedules
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable pricing/terms
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time delivery systems
- Coordinate with production teams to forecast material requirements
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and documentation
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Evaluate supplier performance and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement/purchasing experience
- Proficiency in import/export regulations and procedures
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with financial accuracy
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
