Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize procurement costs
- Manage purchase order lifecycle from requisition to payment verification
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance departments
- Implement and improve procurement processes using ERP systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/transportation sector
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
