Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for floating crane equipment including sourcing, RFQ issuance, and supplier evaluation
- Conduct market research and identify qualified suppliers for specialized marine machinery
- Negiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing with equipment suppliers
- Coordinate with engineering and logistics teams to align procurement specifications with operational needs
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules
- Develop and maintain purchasing documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and compliance records
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost optimization opportunities and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, logistics, or heavy equipment
- Proven expertise in sourcing and procuring specialized machinery or marine equipment
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex supplier relationships
- Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and procurement software systems
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
