Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking suppliers, ensuring clear communication and accurate order fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing costs and material quality.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Logistics, Finance) to ensure inventory levels meet operational demands.
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and address quality issues with vendors promptly.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance purchasing efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is strictly required for daily vendor communication.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably in the tech or manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost saving and vendor management.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for data analysis).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to be based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
