Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor sourcing to purchase order placement and delivery tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international suppliers, utilizing Mandarin for clear and efficient communication.
- Perform comprehensive market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to optimize inventory costs and maintain supply chain continuity.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as Production and Warehouse, to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English or Indonesian is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost reductions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and supplier performance metrics.
