Join Stella International as a Purchasing Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) and leverage your unique language skills to optimize our global supply chain. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and driving significant cost savings for our manufacturing operations.
We are seeking a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between our Indonesian operations and our key manufacturing partners in China. You will oversee the procurement process, ensuring that raw materials are delivered on time and at competitive prices. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full purchasing cycle, from sourcing and negotiation to order placement and delivery tracking.
- Liaise directly with Chinese suppliers to communicate requirements, resolve supply chain disruptions, and build strong, lasting partnerships.
- Analyze market data and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely availability of stock.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess stock while preventing stockouts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is essential; English proficiency is required.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable contracts.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
