In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our procurement operations, serving as the bridge between our local operations and Chinese-speaking suppliers.
You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality material standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to delivery.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times.
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze supply market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and reliable sourcing alternatives.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records and update the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with the logistics and production departments to ensure material availability.
- Resolve any issues related to invoice discrepancies or quality concerns with suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with ERP or inventory software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Kabil, Batam.
