This critical role requires strategic sourcing expertise to identify and negotiate with new suppliers while ensuring competitive pricing for automotive components. You'll collaborate closely with Sales and PPIC departments to interpret demand forecasts and develop purchasing plans that optimize inventory levels and production schedules. The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiencies while maintaining strict quality standards for wire harness components.

Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate new wire harness suppliers with competitive pricing structures
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to optimize costs
- Monitor and track material arrivals to ensure production schedule adherence
- Analyze sales forecasts and collaborate with PPIC to develop purchasing plans
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-departmental purchasing activities with Sales and Production teams
- Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and inventory records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing/automotive sector
- Proven experience with wire harness or automotive component procurement
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for supplier communications
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs and import regulations
