Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough analysis of company requirements for materials, goods, and services to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain a database of reliable suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Execute the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and tracking shipments.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and payment conditions with suppliers to maximize company cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure all incoming items meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Monitor market trends and raw material price fluctuations to provide informed recommendations to management.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all purchases, contracts, and vendor communications in accordance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the manufacturing and construction industry standards in Indonesia.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
