Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order issuance.
- Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure all procurement documentation, including contracts and invoices, is accurately processed and archived.
- Resolve any issues related to damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or logistics delays.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and expenditure for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within a manufacturing or trading environment.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term vendor partnerships.
- Fluency in Indonesian and working proficiency in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
