In this role, you will play a critical part in our manufacturing excellence, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality raw materials and operational supplies to maintain our production standards.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize costs, manage inventory levels, and negotiate favorable terms. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily purchasing activities, including creating and issuing purchase orders for raw materials and textile components.
- Source and screen potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize procurement costs.
- Monitor and track order status to ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and procurement documentation in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure stock levels meet operational requirements.
- Perform periodic market research to stay updated on raw material price trends and availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
