In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our operational excellence by managing the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing high-quality raw materials to coordinating with reliable suppliers.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure the consistent quality of materials.
  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for raw materials, spare parts, and operational supplies.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize company costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to prevent material shortages.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier contracts in the internal system.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
  • Analyze market trends to suggest alternative sourcing strategies for cost reduction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Staff, Procurement Officer, or similar role in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build effective supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail regarding product specifications and pricing.
  • Willing to be based in Surabaya and work in a full-time capacity.
