Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure the consistent quality of materials.
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for raw materials, spare parts, and operational supplies.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize company costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to prevent material shortages.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier contracts in the internal system.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
- Analyze market trends to suggest alternative sourcing strategies for cost reduction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Staff, Procurement Officer, or similar role in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build effective supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail regarding product specifications and pricing.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya and work in a full-time capacity.
