Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and source high-potential products that align with current market trends and customer demand.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize profit margins.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment cycles to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Conduct regular market research to stay competitive in product offerings and pricing.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including purchase orders, tracking shipments, and quality control.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with reliable local and international suppliers.
- Analyze sales performance data to inform future purchasing decisions and improve ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or retail merchandising is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales reports.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility regarding budget management and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendor accounts simultaneously.
