Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the full procurement cycle, from purchase requisition to delivery tracking.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) accurately and ensure timely communication with vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier performance evaluations.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to provide cost-saving recommendations.
- Resolve any discrepancies in invoices, delivery receipts, or product quality issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to build long-term vendor relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiar with ERP systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong understanding of procurement compliance and ethical sourcing practices.
