Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting reliable vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Processing purchase orders (PO) accurately and ensuring timely delivery of goods/services.
- Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules with suppliers.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to prevent stock shortages.
- Performing market research to stay updated on pricing trends and new product availability.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all procurement activities and supplier records.
- Resolving issues related to damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or invoicing discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Staff, Procurement Officer, or similar role (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic professional English.
