Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily purchasing activities, including issuing purchase orders and tracking delivery status.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production department to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times with vendors to optimize procurement costs.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on commodity price trends and supply chain innovations.
- Handle incoming shipments and perform quality inspections in coordination with the warehouse team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good command of Indonesian; ability to communicate in English is a plus.
