You will manage end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing reliable vendors for local and imported raw materials to negotiating competitive terms. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, packaging, and office supplies.
- Source, screen, and maintain relationships with both local and international suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and supply stability.
- Conduct market research to identify new vendors and competitive pricing trends.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO), monitor shipment schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming supplies and handle any vendor-related discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records, and vendor performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
- Good understanding of import/export regulations and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
