Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials and production components
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality departments to determine material requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time inventory practices
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies to improve vendor relationships
- Stay updated on market trends and new sourcing opportunities for cost reduction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control
