We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Kabupaten Bekasi. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive material procurement plans to ensure seamless production cycles.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance, pricing, and lead times to ensure competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with internal departments to anticipate material requirements and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate procurement databases, including supplier profiles, purchase orders, and contractual documentation.
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to coordinating delivery schedules.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company procurement policies and audit requirements.
- Conduct regular market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative reliable suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail regarding contract terms and pricing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports for management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
