Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, from purchase requisitions to order delivery.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and lead times.
- Maintain and update the database of suppliers, purchase orders, and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent production delays and optimize inventory turnover.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely receipt and quality verification of goods.
- Handle import documentation and customs clearance processes where applicable.
- Analyze procurement trends and provide reports on cost-saving opportunities to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards in vendor relationship management.
